Retiring Lindsay Stewart Leaving WFSGI Board

Lindsay Stewart, vice president, general counsel & corporate affairs of Nike Inc. will retire from his employment and therefore resign from his role as WFSGI Board member as per January 2012. He will be replaced on SFSGI's board by 47-yearsold Hilary Krane, who has taken over the role Stewart had with Nike Inc.
Krane represents WFSGI's first female Board member. Krane joined Nike Inc. as vice president and general counsel in April 2010. Prior to joining Nike. Krane was general counsel and senior vice president for corporate affairs at Levi Strauss & Co. where she was responsible for legal affairs and overseeing the global brand protection department from 2006 to 2010. From 1996 to 2006, she was a partner and assistant general counsel at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
